I was born and raised in the hills of Kentucky, my life was filled by running in the woods with my Grandfather. Through his tutelage of trapping, hunting and shooting I became thrilled with this style of living. The more I stayed in the woods the more I learned. Finally, the History of Kentucky surfaced in school. Then, it hit me. The things that I had been doing for years were the very same things that our forefathers had done, like Daniel Boone. Myself and many others look toward this man as the hero of Kentucky. My passion to know more about this great and prominent Kentuckian inspired my Living History programs.
